PET POLICY
At Monticello, we recognize that pets hold a special place in many people’s lives. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all residents, our community does not permit pets in apartments, except for verified service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs). If you have a service animal or ESA, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Please provide the necessary documentation so we can make your move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Our goal is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
GUEST POLICY
At Monticello, we’re happy to have guests visit our residents, but please note that residents are responsible for their guests’ behavior while on the property. If a guest intends to stay overnight, prior approval is required from both the management office and any roommates in the apartment. This helps maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. We encourage open communication between roommates and with our team to ensure all overnight guests are properly authorized.
If you are having a guest for one hour or less, parking is available in front of the pool for free.

Our lease terms at Monticello are designed to provide flexibility and clarity for all residents. Below, you’ll find the specific details of our lease agreements, including the length of the lease, payment structure, and any additional requirements. What is the decorating policy?
Residents are free to personalize their apartments as they wish, provided that any holes are repaired at move-out and no permanent damage remains. Seasonal decorations are welcome outdoors as well, but if they result in a mess requiring maintenance cleanup, the cost of the service will be charged to the resident.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Residents are encouraged to bring all essential items for daily living, such as bedding, storage solutions, hangers, cookware, utensils, and other personal necessities to make their apartment feel like home.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes, provided there is an available spot in the apartment. The incoming roommate must complete the approval process and sign a lease agreement before moving in.
