To schedule a tour at Monticello, just call or text us at (385) 503-8906 during business hours. If you text, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please keep in mind that we’re required to give current residents a 24-hour notice before entering an apartment, so tour times may need a little advance planning.
Tour hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–4:30 PM
